Pricing

Everything that lives in the repository is Apache-2.0 and free forever, the buying agent included. What is paid for are services we operate.

A flat fee for using our services, never a percentage of your sale.

And never a toll on the open protocol. You are the merchant of record on every sale, the money goes from the buyer to your wallet, and we are not part of the contract.

What is free and what is paid

The full table

The free part comes first, because it is most of the product. Nothing below is required in order to sell to agents: a store that never pays us a cent is a fully working store.

Prices in US dollars. Draft current as of 21 September 2026.
Piece Price Licence
Free forever, self-hosted
Store connector and sidecar Free This is what makes your store sell to an agent. Apache-2.0
Web installer (conecta) Free Four steps, no account and no database. Apache-2.0
Buying agent, with its control room Free Library, CLI and MCP server. It runs on your machine and your key never leaves it. Apache-2.0
Your own x402 facilitator Free You run it and pay only the Stellar network fees. Apache-2.0
Paid, when you want us to operate it
AgentPOS run by us waitlist US$19 per month We run the sidecar for you, so your store needs no server of its own and no Node knowledge: the typical WooCommerce on shared hosting. It includes the panel with full history, the receipt archive, the accounting export, alerts on a stuck order and support for the service. 5,000 orders a month and US$3 per extra 1,000. At launch there will be a free tier to try it: 30 days of history. Service
Managed facilitation waitlist US$0.01 per settlement For those who do not want to operate servers: we keep the facilitator running and you only pay when a payment settles. Service
Hosted buying agent waitlist US$9 per month So you do not keep a process running on your computer. The key stays yours: delegated signing, never custody. Service
Setup and support A flat fee per job The three prices are right below, with their turnaround and what each one covers. Service

Services

If you would rather we did it

Never mandatory and never before you have tried on your own: the installer is free and built so that you do not need this. If you still prefer it, the price is per job.

Assisted setup

US$99 one off. Launch price: US$79 for the first 20 merchants

When: we schedule within 3 business days of your request and it is working by the end of that session.

What we do, with you on the call (about 2 hours):

  • We review your store and leave the sidecar running on your server.
  • We scan your catalogue and you confirm what is published and at what price.
  • We link your wallet: the public address only, never your key.
  • We make a real test purchase end to end and go through it together.
  • We hand over your panel key and a written summary of your setup.

Urgent setup

US$199 one off. Launch price: US$179 for the first 20 merchants

When: scheduled within 24 business hours and finished that same day. It goes ahead of the queue.

Same work and same deliverables as the assisted setup. What you pay for is the priority, not extra hours: if your deadline is not this week, the normal one does the same job for half the price.

Incident support

US$49 one off per incident. Launch price: US$39

We charge for our hours, never for our mistakes.

When: we answer within 1 business day and work up to 1 hour on that incident.

You pay when the work is on your installation:

  • The sidecar stopped responding on your server.
  • An order got stuck because of your store's configuration.
  • The panel cannot read your store, or a key needs rotating.
  • Adjusting your catalogue, your prices or your selling rules.

It includes the diagnosis, the fix and the written procedure so you can solve it yourself next time. If it turns out to be a larger job, we tell you the price before going on and this payment is deducted.

You never pay for:

  • A bug in our code or a service of ours that is down: we fix it free, on any plan and with no time limit.
  • Reporting a problem in the open source: free in the repository, and the fix reaches everyone. Paying is not how it gets corrected.
  • Support for Panel Pro: it comes with your subscription. You do not buy an incident to make what you pay for work.
  • If you already paid and the fault turns out to be ours, we refund it.

Fine print, without the fine print

Three things worth saying

This is a draft

These amounts are a dated proposal, not a signed price list. When they change, this page and its date change with them.

Billing is not automated yet

The paid panel, the managed facilitation and the hosted agent are not open yet. The only things you can hire today are the assisted setup and support, arranged by email.

You are never locked in

If you stop paying us, your store keeps selling: the sidecar is yours, it runs on your server, and your receipts verify without any API of ours.

Help request

Tell us what you need

We reply by email with the scope, the price and a date before charging anything. There is no payment inside this form.

If what is failing looks like something on our side, write anyway: looking into that is free, and so is fixing it when the fault is ours.

Who are you?
If you install and maintain other people's stores, this comes in as a partner application.
Urgency

For agencies and integrators

Do you install and maintain other people's stores?

A merchant has one store. You have twenty. The partner programme is built for that: you install AgentPOS on the stores you already maintain, manage them all from a single account, and charge your client whatever your market bears.

What you get

  • One account with every store you manage, and which one needs attention.
  • A discounted per store price, or a recurring fee if you prefer to refer.
  • You charge for the setup, at your own price. We take no cut of it.
  • We answer you with priority; you look after your clients.

What we ask

  • One real installation running before you are listed as a partner.
  • Keeping your merchants' AgentPOS up to date.
  • Never asking a merchant for their private key: the public address is enough.
  • That the merchant owns everything and can leave without asking us.

Where it stands

The first three partners we walk through by hand, installing together, with the rules by email. The multi store panel and the public list of installers arrive once there are partners actually using them, not before.

We never take a percentage of a merchant's sale, and neither can you with our infrastructure: a partner fee comes out of our own fee.
